Happy Friday! We are 3 weeks in and going strong here at KHMS. The students are settling into a good routine and adapting to being back in the classroom. Social contracts have been constructed in Connect classes as an effective, fun way to hold each one of our students accountable. Fall sports are off and running, come out to one of our athletic events and support our Knights!
Upcoming Dates:
September 16: Community Knight Out
September 23: No School (Homecoming)
September 26: Geskus Picture Retakes
KHMS is definitely back to the swing of things! That includes students starting to take NWEA testing next week. There is a parent letter below in regards to information and expectations of the testing. With that, we realize students (and parents) are adjusting to schedules but we have had many kids arriving late to school. Please help by getting them to school on time to avoid any truancy issues. We hope you enjoy the extended holiday weekend! It is a great opportunity to recharge and get ready to focus for the fall trimester stretch.
Upcoming Dates:
September 10/11: Gus Macker at KHHS
September 16: Community Knight Out
September 23: No School (Homecoming)
September 26: Geskus Picture Retakes

TRANSPORTATION BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CAREOur Personal Mastery educational experience has redefined education and has gained attention around the state and nation. Personal Mastery provides your child with personalized attention from teachers. Instead of teaching to a broad group of students without an understanding of their individual strengths and weaknesses, Personal Mastery allows teachers to interact with students individually or in small groups to help them better address their weaknesses. In this way, we strive to help your child reach their full potential.
